I heard Sam Outlaw on the Bret Easton Ellis podcast. This song (his biggest hit so far) is so catchy and sweet.
I’m not entirely sold on the video, but there’s an amazing shot of him at 1:37 in this cool, old green car, driving into an “industrial area” as the sun goes down. Very beautiful.
