I saw this video when I went bowling with Johnny recently. I liked it better than when I first saw it (a few years ago (I was in a dance class, and my group choreographed to this song)).
I remember disliking the pace of the video. It felt uneven. And I thought Madonna’s dancing was . . . lackluster.
However, watching it again at the Brunswick Zone, I liked the disconnected dance vignettes. This time it felt . . . expansive. And, combined with Madonna playing DDR at the end, it felt . . . weird . . . but in a good way . . . distinct, somehow . . . I don’t know haha. Regardless, it’s a great record.
